Jill Dufour Doyle (Kanzler) exemplifies commitment to her community, serving on numerous boards and nonprofits across Orange County. As Co-Chair of the Orange County Public Affairs Association, Jill guides policy discussions and community initiatives. Her 22-year tenure on the Board of Women in Leadership underscores her dedication, further highlighted by her role as a Patron at the Decorative Arts Society of Orange County. She influences mentorship programs as serving on the board for Angelitos De Oro, an auxiliary of Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Orange County and the Inland Empire.

Professional Dedication

As the Principal of DUFOUR Advocacy Group, Jill actively contributes to the real estate industry, offering her expertise as Vice Chair of Communications for the Urban Land Institute's Executive Council. Her involvement extends to serving on the Local Government Affairs Committee for the Orange County Building Industry Association. Jill’s proficiency in public affairs supports major clients including The Disneyland Resort, Irvine Company, and more.

Writing and Education

An accomplished writer, Jill’s articles have appeared in The Orange County Register, Urban Land, and Builder and Developer. She shares her knowledge as a guest lecturer for a Government Entitlement class at the University of California, Irvine.

Personal Background

A University of Southern California alumna with degrees in political science and international relations, Jill also graduated from Corona del Mar High School. She is the proud mother of Madeleine Kanzler, who graduated from Newport Harbor High School and Chapman University.

Early Career and Influence

Jill's career began with managing political campaigns throughout Southern California, gaining invaluable experience in community and media relations. As an intern and research associate for President Ronald Reagan, she cultivated strategic insights that drive her current successes.

Volunteer and Advocacy Work

Jill volunteers at Chrysalis as a career counselor, aiding marginalized populations. As Executive Director of S.O.A.R., she supports tourism initiatives through advocacy. Her involvement includes roles with local PACs and other key organizations.
